I have been in the service industry on and off for the last 30 years working as a cook, server and bartender which has given me experience in providing excellent and timely service in a fast paced environment.  During this time, we also worked as owner/operators of several businesses so we know the heart and soul that is poured into working for oneself.

Since 2019 Mike and I have been working together as Captain and Chef on catamarans in the Virgins Islands. This position has honed our skills as hosts to provide unique experiences that cater to guests such as  preparing meals, keeping cabins clean, organizing the itinerary, and catering individual preferences while also maintaining and taking care of our vessel as if it was our own.

Our goal is provide your guests with 5 star service as we run your Inn to your specifications. We are flexible, level headed, and quick learners.
