As Interim Innkeeper – in your absence – I will provide your valued guests with the same
gracious hospitality that you do, uninterrupted.
With attention to details – I will anticipate and graciously attend to your guests’ needs –
as I exceed their expectations.
From a warm welcome to a hearty farewell – your guests and property will be treated
with utmost care – as I assume/oversee the day-to-day operations of your B&B/Inn.
My commitment is to create a pleasant, memorable experience for your guests and a
stress-free get away experience for you.
Have experience in both small and medium size properties. Will consider travel
assignments.
Running of day-to-day operations include:
 Greeting guests
 Responding to guests’ inquiries/concerns
 Creating delicious daily breakfast and afternoon snack
 Managing reservations
 Providing concierge services
 Overseeing housekeeping staff
