service for your Inn while you’re away. My name is Caroline and I have
several years of experience as an extraordinary Innkeeper. I am a warm
and friendly person and I like to make each guest feel welcomed, as well
as valued, from the moment they enter the door until they depart. You
can be assured that I will provide the same exceptional level of care and
customer service to your guests that you yourselves would offer and
expect.

My expertise includes but is not limited to;
– general reservations, including Check-ins/outs
– answering phone and email messages
– maintaining online social media responses
– staff scheduling and daily accounting reports
– breakfast preparation and serving
– concierge services
– conducting property tours
– coordinating special events
– performing *garden and in-house maintenance.
