McNeill Hospitality Solutions, LLC, has recently launched its Interim Innkeeping Service led by experienced industry professionals, George and Gina McNeill. This service is designed to ensure seamless operations for Inns, boutique hotels, and restaurants in the absence of owners or managers. With a focus on guest satisfaction and exceptional customer service, the McNeills guarantee that guests will receive the same level of care and attention that owners provide. This service is particularly suitable for independent operators and owners who need to take time away from their business, as the McNeills will professionally manage operations, ensuring that guests have an exceptional experience without interruption of the business.

In addition to Interim Innkeeping, McNeill Hospitality Solutions offers a range of consulting services, including strategic planning, menu development, staffing, and operations evaluations for hotels and restaurants. George McNeill, a Certified Master Chef, Food and Beverage Director, and Hotel Executive, has extensive knowledge and experience, having led operations for some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, including the New York Marriott Marquis and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC. Gina McNeill, on the other hand, brings a unique perspective to the consulting team with her twenty years of culinary teaching experience and entrepreneurial background as the owner and chef of Murphy’s White Horse Cafe and a downtown Toronto BnB operator.
