I have10 plus years experience in my family owned and operated restaurant. We offered catering and great hospitality in the Carolinas. I have 25 plus years of sales experience with companies including RJR Nabisco, Springs Industries and DuPont. Co-Own and operate a successful antique business and am a platinum dealer of Lampe Berger. In addition I have many years of experience as a business and leisure traveler staying in B&B’s around the the world. I know what it takes to provide world class customer service and hospitality and I enjoy providing it. My initial experience with Culinary Arts was with my father, who was a French trained Chef. Additionally, I have learned the art of gourmet budget meals. My culinary interests also include healthful and gluten free recipes for those with restrictive diets. I look forward to offering the highest quality and standards of customer service. I know how important it is for a business owner to feel confident that they have entrusted their guests to capable hands.
