A Perfect Innsitter
I have had 12 years of experience successfully owning and operating a Select Registry, 21 room full service Country Inn. The Inn included a restaurant and with the help of a fabulous staff, went from being a mere listing to four diamond status. I also have another 12 years of experience in consulting with B&Bs, Country Inns and restaurants.
My belief is that Great Customer Service is the major key to success in the hospitality business and I truly enjoy making guests feel like they are the most special folks in the world while guests at your B&B or Inn. . .and they are! If you have staff, I work very hard to make them feel comfortable while you are away. I am very proficient at preparing and serving wonderful meals–either using your menus or creating ones while you are away.
My goals as an Interim Innsitter are:
