Peter is Professor Emeritus of violin at the University of Louisville. Along with his virtuoso talent on the violin, he has a passion for the culinary arts.

Carole Jean, a leadership and life-skills coach, has invaluable experience in customer service, training and development, and business leadership. She has served as an entrepreneur in the hospitality business with great success. She knows how to communicate, train and motivate employees, and how to help resolve conflicts.
