I have been involved in all areas of resort, convention and business style hotel operations from project managment, renovations, labor negotiations, to the writing and installing of food and beverage as well as labor control systems. Extensive experience include Sydney, Austrialia; Long Island, New York; Newport, Rhode Island; and the Islands of Hawaii.
