Freda and Sondra together have more than 50 years experience in corporate and non-profit senior management positions.  Their skills include staff management, marketing, public relations, computer expertise, major event planning and management (done in the United States and other countries), interior decorating, tablescaping , cooking and serving.  They have completed Interim Innkeeping Training under Merle Meyer of Contract Innkeeping Services, and are now apprenticing with Chef Eva Greer, a high-end gourmet caterer.  Outstanding references available.
