I have over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry as an owner and hands-on manager of a successful B&B with 6 guest rooms. My primary focus is quality customer satisfaction and integrity which generated a large repeat business and a loyal staff. I can prepare your recipes, mine or a mix.  I  am highly adaptable and can learn your system quickly.  I am friendly and attentive to guests, yet can maintain control of your business.  My experience will help me keep your guests happy and your business on track.
