Thank you for visiting the Interim Innkeepers Network web site.  Our goal is to provide a unique location for bed and breakfast inn owners to find temporary or long term management assistance. Our organization is committed to the innkeeping profession and members offer a wide range of experience and knowledge.  In addition, some of our members offer educational training for those considering a career in the Bed and Breakfast industry.

Whether you need to attend a business related meeting/convention, a special family event or just need to get away to recharge, our members are ready to assist.  IIN is not a placement service and each member’s business is independently owned and operated.  Therefore it is the responsibility of the parties involved, owners/innkeepers and interim innkeepers/innsitters, to qualify each potential arrangement. 

Interim Innkeepers, sometimes referred to as innsitters, perform duties that are similar to those the owner/manger complete on a daily basis. These duties would include, but are certainly not limited to, serving full or continental breakfast, processing reservations, concierge services, responding to inquiries, and additional items mutally agreed upon.  Simply put, we provide uninterrupted service to your guests and security for your property.
